We understand that not everyone can afford a lawyer. Don’t go to Court unrepresented because you feel you can’t afford representation. We can check your eligibility to have your matter funded by Victoria Legal Aid.

We are on the legal aid indictable panel. In the majority of the localities where we have offices there are only one or two lawyers on the indictable panel. This means that we are permitted to obtain funding from legal aid with regard to defending people accused of committing serious indictable crimes.

Even if you are not eligible for legal aid funding we will endeavour to assist you. Our policy wherever possible is to quote one fee for services rendered. This way you will know exactly what your legal representation will cost without being subject to hidden fees and ongoing charges.
